Information we collect

• Details you submit when you book a session or contact us: name, email, phone number, preferred session format and any notes you choose to share.
• Your email address, if you subscribe to updates.
• Basic usage data (pages visited, device and browser type) through analytics, if enabled.

Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card number; we receive only confirmation that payment succeeded and the amount paid.

How we use it

To schedule and deliver your session, send confirmations, reply to your messages, send updates you asked for, and improve the site. We do not sell or rent your information.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the site: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database for bookings and site content), PayPal (payments), Resend (email), Cloudflare R2 (photo and video storage) and Google Gemini (the website chat assistant, which receives the messages you type into it). They process data only on our behalf.

Embedded content

Some videos are embedded from YouTube (in privacy-enhanced mode, loaded only when you press play) and the Contact page shows a Google Maps embed. These services may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.

Cookies

The public site does not set its own tracking cookies. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits. A single sign-in cookie is used only in the site's private admin area.

Health information

Please share only what you are comfortable sharing in notes and messages. Energy healing complements, and does not replace, care from a licensed medical professional.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for as long as needed to provide sessions and meet tax and accounting obligations. Messages and newsletter addresses are kept until you ask us to delete them or unsubscribe.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe from emails at any time, by writing to herschel@happyherschel.com.
