    Herschel explains how the soul is connected with Hashem and what nourishes it, and you go over his printed meditation together.

    You're led into a deeply relaxed, high-alpha state while Herschel asks about the areas of life where you feel stuck.

    Clearing what blocks you

    Within the meditation, Herschel tunes in to your energy, pinpoints where the flow is interrupted, and removes the blockages.

    Tools to take home

    You leave with homework (new habits, affirmations, spiritual tasks) so the results continue long after the session.
